Now that you have made the sale, there are a few things we suggest you do before leaving the customer:
1. Double check to make sure the RX form is completely and accurately filled out.
2. Request a 50% deposit from your customer (for your protection). After the order has been placed with the processing lab, you will only receive a 50% credit if the order is cancelled for any reason.
Processing your order
After you make a sale, the hard part is over. Now all you have to do is submit your order for processing and we take care of the rest.
There are three options for placing your orders.
1. Internet Log on to 95eyewear.com (fill out the on-line order form and submit order)
2. Fax Fax your completed RX form to our processing lab. Fax # (607)330-3666
3. Order by Phone Call our highly trained customer service department to place your order
(Customer service will be available from 8 am to 5 pm EST., 7 days a week)
Once glasses are delivered
1. Set up a time to deliver the glasses to you customer.
2. Ask for referrals (anyone your customer might know who is looking to purchase high quality reasonably priced glasses)
